Volunteer Spotlight

 

Chris Gerber

Chris Gerber has been volunteering as an instructor of the Tuesday Focus on Fitness class at North Cobb Senior Center for several years. She also works with the Neighborhood Center clients, using Therabands and keeping them fit.

 

For approximately one hour, clients are instructed on the proper use of Thera Bands, bending and stretching, breathing and exercising.

 

We are so grateful for Chris' dedication, patience and attention to the seniors' needs. Thank you, Chris.
